We believe in being upfront about how Dealzland works and how we keep the lights on. This page explains our relationship with the retailers and brands whose deals appear on our site.

The short version

Some of the links on Dealzland are affiliate links. That means if you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission — at no extra cost to you. The price you pay is exactly the same whether you come through us or go directly to the retailer's site.

The longer version

Running a deals website takes real time and effort. Our team spends hours every day finding, checking, and updating offers so you don't have to. Affiliate commissions are one of the main ways we fund that work and keep Dealzland free to use.

Here's how it works in practice: when you click a deal on Dealzland and land on a retailer's website, that link usually contains a tracking code. If you go on to make a purchase during that session, the retailer pays us a small percentage of the sale as a referral fee. It comes out of their marketing budget — not your pocket.

Not every link on the site is an affiliate link. Some deals are listed simply because they're good deals, with no financial arrangement involved.

Does this affect which deals we feature?

Honestly, this is the question that matters most, so we want to answer it directly.

We do not let affiliate relationships decide what goes on the site. A deal has to be genuinely good before it gets listed — that's the standard we hold ourselves to, because if we start recommending mediocre deals just because they pay better commission, we lose the thing that makes Dealzland worth visiting in the first place: your trust.

That said, we're a real business, and we're not going to pretend affiliate income doesn't matter to us. What we can say is that a deal that pays no commission but is genuinely great for our users will always make it onto the site. A deal that pays well but isn't actually worth your time won't.

FTC compliance

This disclosure is made in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 CFR Part 255). The FTC requires that websites disclose material connections to the companies whose products or services they promote — and affiliate commissions count as a material connection.
